Universal Robina Corporation Sugar and Renewables La Carlota is looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator (Payloader).
What are the Roles and Responsibilities?
Operate the payloader to transport materials, such as aggregates, soil, or
construction materials, within the project site.
Load and unload materials onto trucks, conveyors, or other equipment as
required for project activities.
Conduct pre-operational inspections of the payloader to ensure properfunctioning and safety before each shift.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on the payloader, such as greasing, refueling, and minor repairs.
Monitor operations to ensure that health and safety standards are met, and
risks are minimized during project activities.
Follow instructions from supervisors and project managers to perform tasks
safely and efficiently, adhering to project timelines and objectives.
Keep records of material usage and report any problems encountered duringproject operations.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
National Certification in operating a payloader from TESDA or equivalentcertification program.
Experience in operating a payloader, preferably in project-based operationssuch as construction, infrastructure development, or similar projects.
Knowledge of safety procedures and practices for operating a payloader, including OSHA regulations.
Ability to conduct daily inspections and maintenance of the payloader.
Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness.
Effective communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Qualifications/Requirements
