Operations Manager

Job Qualifications:

• Must graduate a Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in food manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity, preferably in with a background in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
• Knowledgeable in Good Warehousing Practices (GWP), Food Safety Regulations, and HACCP protocols.
• Willing to assign in Tipolo Mandaue City.
• Can start immediately.

Job Specifications:

• Oversee daily operations of all branches to ensure smooth, efficient, and standardized execution.
• Ensure accurate inventory management.
• Enforce proper ordering, receiving, and storage procedures.
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
• Profitability management (cost control, labor and waste management, inventory optimization).
• Address operational issues and implement process improvements.
• Ensure strict compliance with company SOPs, food safety standards, and service protocols.
• Handle escalations, violations, and disciplinary actions in coordination with HR.
