Job Description

Provide support to the HR Department as a person In-charge at the project site to receive and assist workers and staff in all matters related to Human Resource and Admin concern.
Has the ability to apprehend violators, make reports, and provide sanction for less grave offenses in accordance with the company code of conduct.
Provide assistance to the recruitment by screening applicants, ensuring the completion of pre-employment requirements, and timely submission of DTR/Logs

Qualifications

Graduate of any HR related program or any business course.
With at least 1 year of related experience in Construction company or as HR Asst./Admin
Knowledgeable in all areas of Human Resources
Proficient in MS Office Application
Detailed and result oriented
Willing to be assigned in San Fernando, Pampanga or Nasugbu, Batangas Site
