HR Coordinator
In your role as HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR processes and operations for Ingenuity and its associated entities. You will work across the full employee lifecycle, helping facilitate recruitment, onboarding, performance, record-keeping, culture-building and offboarding.Your work will ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency in HR processes across our global team.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities are:
- Placing job ads, screening applications and arranging interviews with potential candidates
- Preparing HR documents, such as employment agreements, job descriptions, letters etc.
- Revising and updating company policies
- Updating staff employment records and maintaining accurate information
- Facilitating training and professional development for employees
- Planning and coordinating corporate and social events
- Various administrative duties required by the business from time to time
Minimum Criteria
The following skills and experience are required for this role:
- Have the legal right to work within the role's country, such as citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid work visa
- Have a relevant degree or work experience
- Good understanding of HR and general business processes, procedures, and functions
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Excellent organisational, presentation and administration skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This role is fully remote and is a contract position, with probable extension in the future.
