R&D / PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
Location: Manila-based with regular travel to Cebu and other project locationsEmployment Type: Full-time
About the Role
The R&D Associate / Product Development Associate will support the pre-operational technical development program for a new food ingredient manufacturing project. The role is responsible for preparing samples, executing bench and pilot trial tasks, recording measurements, organizing retained samples, preparing prototypes, and maintaining clear documentation for the R&D and Feasibility Manager.This position is ideal for a detail-oriented food technology or food science professional who wants hands-on exposure to product development, ingredient processing, pilot validation, and plant start-up work.
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, Agriculture, Culinary Science or closely related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience; exceptional fresh graduates are welcome
- Knowledge of food processing, GMP, and laboratory practices is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Willing to travel and be assigned to Manila-Cebu or to other company locations as business needs require
