Strictly follows the duty schedule assigned by the management.
Arranges display of products in various supermarkets.
Receives Purchase Orders from outlets and forwards the same to the Modern Trade Section Lead
Submits order receipt to accounting after delivery of products
Pulls out and checks returned products
Conducts inventory of stocks in the supermarket
Prepares all reports and submit reports to the Modern Section Lead
Gives a copy of return slip to checker representative
Ensures delivery of returned goods to the bakeshop through checking by Dispatch , Inventory Management and Quality Control personnel
Prepares daily reports on inventory and returned goods
Works closely with the delivery man, driver, checker, and modern trade officer
Attends to customer needs in every accommodation and in a pleasant manner
Listens and asks appropriate questions to assists customers
Tallies stocks on hand with the previous day’s inventory report
Identifies near expiry products on display and prepares return slip accordingly
Receives orders and properly inform the Modern Trade Section Lead/Marketing Assistant for order received
Ensures attractive, clean and organized display of products
Determines stocks needed and prepares order slip for replenishment of stocks
Maintains cleanliness of shelves and display items upon delivery.
Make sure all monitoring forms must be filled up daily, prior to the preparation of Purchase Order
Qualifications/Requirements- High school diploma or at least college level are welcome to apply
- With pleasant personality
- Previous experience as merchandiser is preferred.
- Knowledge in Computer,preferably know how to use Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multitask and follow instructions given by Supervisor.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to work
- Willing to work under pressure & with less supervision
