OFFICE CLERK
Job Overview:
We are seeking an Office Clerk to join our team and provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, preparing documents and reports, and other general clerical duties.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet visitors.
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with preparing and processing documents, such as invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Maintain and update electronic and hard copy files and records.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Identify and communicate any office maintenance issues or repairs needed.
- Support the Office Manager by providing administrative assistance as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in an office or administrative support role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethics and dependability with dedication to job duties.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
