Maintain production schedules by monitoring progress on projects, identifying potential delays and taking corrective action as needed.
Reviewing workflows to determine if any improvement can be made, such as increasing efficiency, reducing costs, or improving safety.
Developing training programs for employees who will be working with new technologies or processes that are unfamiliar to them.
Reviewing samples from each stage of production to ensure that all work is completed satisfactorily.

Qualifications/Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent (preferably licensed)
At least 1year working experience in Manufacturing Company;
Proficient in developing new ideas and mitigate risk and improve current processes.
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills.
