About the role
DM Consunji, Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Manager, MEP (Plant Manager) to join our dynamic team in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and maintenance of our mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring the smooth and reliable functioning of our manufacturing plant.
What you'll be doing- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the MEP systems, including scheduling maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvement initiatives
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to maximise the lifespan and performance of MEP equipment
- Monitor and analyse MEP system performance data to identify and resolve potential problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of MEP systems with overall plant operations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
- Provide technical guidance and support to the MEP team, and assist in their professional development
- Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records of MEP system performance and maintenance activities
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar plant manager or MEP systems management role, preferably in the construction or sewage treatment plant STP / Demonstrated expertise in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental compliance requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology for MEP system management and reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field
