JOB DESCRIPTION :
Leadership and Supervision • Participates and create yearly strategic objectives and plans for the department- Coach and guide direct report to ensure high impact performance and delivery of results and make recommendations on employee movements, promotions and transfer
- Provide opportunities and develop skills of direct reports through training and other developmental activities
- Conducts performance review and discussion with his direct reports and prepare development plans as needed
- Monitor and enforce the compliance of direct reports to company policies and procedures
- Approve OT, leaves and shift schedules to properly authorize staff requests
- Continuously develops self and updates knowledge in relevant field at all times for professional growth
- Personally observe the performance of the Production Supervisors & Operators and Production Helpers on a regular basis.
- Monitors PO from Flexible Packaging Plant and from external customers
- Create production plan
- Monitors actual production and coordinates with the concerned group if there are operational issues to ensure its fast resolution
- Review and finalize production report at Tigris system
- Makes product costing and provides quotation to customers that will request for it
- Facilitates closure of Job Order and endorsement of Finished Products to Logistic
- Generates monthly reports for the performance of the Film Extrusion operation which will include Sales revenue, plant efficiency, yield or wastages, pending JO, quality and other production related concerns
- Documents procedures, work instructions, guidelines and standards and ensure these are properly cascaded to the whole Film Extrusion group
- Reviews and checks processes and implement improvements when necessary
- Initiates and facilitates problem solving session when necessary
- Ensures all GMP. HACCP and HALAL Assurance system related procedures, guidelines and work instructions are implemented properly and consistently
Qualifications/Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS: Educational Background Graduate of Industrial Engineering or any Engineering Course
Work Experience At least 1 year in any Manufacturing company
