About the role
Sunpride Foods, Inc. is seeking an experienced and dedicated Production Supervisor to join our team in our Mandaue City, Cebu facility. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production line, ensuring efficient and high-quality manufacturing processes.
What you'll be doing- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production teams to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals
- Monitor production processes and procedures to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide training and support to production staff to enhance their skills and capabilities
- Analyze production data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards within the manufacturing industry
- Must hold a Bachelor's Degree (BS in Industrial Engineering or equivalent)
- Background in warehouse operations is a plus
- Knowledgeable with using Microsoft Office Outlook, Word & Excel
- 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor preferably within food or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and act on performance metrics
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
