Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers and journals.

Prepare accurate financial statements and reports for management review.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper record-keeping practices.
Manage accounts payable and receivable functions efficiently.
Prepare budgets and monitor financial performance.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Manage financial consolidation.
Provide support during audits and assist with tax filings.
Collaborate with the accounting and finance team to improve processes.

Fully remote setupJoin a growing team

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
CPA preferred.
Prior experience in a Big 4 audit/accounting firm.
Must have at least 5 years of accounting experience in a multinational financial services company.
Working knowledge of US GAAP.
Expert in Quickbooks Online/Desktop
Experience in Bill.com and Sage IntAcct strongly preferred.
Prior experience in ERP/accounting system migration.
Strong communication skills, independent, self-starter, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Amenable to work on a night shift (9pm-6am Philippine time).
