Financial Accountant

Job Description:

• Gathers and monitors financial data (e.g. sales and liabilities statements).
• Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual statements (balance sheets and income statements).
• Forecasts costs and revenues.
• Manages tax payments.
• Organize internal audits.
• Prepares budgets for the company and per department.
• Monitors and reports on accounting discrepancies.
• Conducts detailed risk analyses to assess potential investments.
• Analyzes financial trends.
• Performs month-end and year-end close processes.
• Handles permits (business permit processing, PhilGeps, BOC, etc.)
• Reports to Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related degree.
• 7 years and up relevant work experience.
• CPA is a plus.
• Must have excellent mathematical skills with keen attention to details.
• Must have high organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Great time management skills with ability to prioritize work.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with creating reports.
• Must have a solid knowledge of accounting regulations.
• Must have excellent computer literacy. Knowledge of Netsuite is a plus
• Must be able to communicate well in English and Tagalog.
• Must be neat with good penmanship.
