JOB POSITION: I.T Support Engineer - Cebu
JOB QUALIFICATIONS- Must be a graduate of a BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information and Communications Technology, or any related courses
- Knowledge or experience with ticketing systems, networking, troubleshooting, and technical support
- With less than a year of relevant work experience
- Available to work onsite
- Willing to accept a rotating schedule
- Provide email support for technical advisory and remote technical support services.
- Processes and resolves concerns and complaints of customers on technical aspects of the product.
- Ensures to meet goals set for all metrics as required by the Client
- Check the designated queue in Autotask to see if a ticket has been assigned to you.
- Update the ticket as soon as you work on it.
- Check pending tickets and make sure that it is completed within the specified Ticketing system.
- Make sure all troubleshooting steps are done and documented in Autotask for complete resolution
