General Administrative Assistant (Onsite Work)
About the Role
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive General Administrative Assistant to support our growing UK operations.
This role is perfect for someone with experience in office administration, executive assistance, or virtual assistance who enjoys keeping things organised, supporting multiple teams, and communicating with a wide range of people.
You'll play an important role in ensuring our day-to-day operations run smoothly by providing administrative support, coordinating tasks, managing documents, and communicating professionally with clients, suppliers, tenants, landlords, councils, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day administrative support to various departments.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, letters, presentations, and other business documents.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and follow-up actions.
- Respond professionally to emails, phone calls, and general enquiries.
- Communicate confidently with clients, suppliers, landlords, tenants, councils, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and digital filing systems.
- Update internal trackers, CRM systems, and operational reports.
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and general office administration.
- Support managers with ad hoc administrative and operational tasks.
- Previous experience in Administration, Office Support, Executive Assistance, Virtual Assistance, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Confident communicating with people from different backgrounds and at all levels.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- Professional, reliable, and proactive.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
