In this role, you’ll lead the management, optimization, and continuous improvement of logistics systems supporting Express operations. You’ll ensure systems remain stable, efficient, and aligned with operational and customer requirements while driving innovation through automation, integration, and system enhancements.As a key change leader, you’ll oversee end-to-end system improvements—from requirement validation to implementation and hypercare—ensuring seamless adoption and measurable impact across the network.
What you’ll do
Change Delivery & Governance- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of logistics system changes, from requirement validation to UAT, deployment, and hypercare stabilization.
- Ensure all system enhancements meet operational needs and comply with organizational standards for quality, documentation, and risk management.
- Lead change impact assessments and support network readiness through structured communication and training initiatives.
- Drive governance standards to ensure consistency, control, and successful delivery of system-related changes.
- Develop UAT strategies, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria aligned with business and operational requirements.
- Facilitate UAT execution, ensuring proper defect tracking, resolution, and retesting prior to deployment.
- Provide final UAT sign-off based on system readiness, operational impact, and business fit.
- Oversee implementation activities, including cut-over planning, deployment sequencing, and readiness validation.
- Serve as the primary escalation point during hypercare, coordinating closely with IT, Operations, and vendors to resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor stabilization metrics and ensure system performance meets defined KPIs before formal closure of hypercare.
- Ensure smooth transition from project implementation to steady-state operations.
- Monitor and analyze system performance to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
- Recommend and implement solutions that enhance productivity, turnaround time, and service quality.
- Manage system configurations to ensure alignment with business rules, compliance standards, and market practices.
- Collaborate with Performance Management teams to track KPIs and validate the impact of system enhancements.
- Collaborate with IT, Product, and Operations teams to align system capabilities with evolving business needs.
- Manage relationships with third-party system providers to ensure delivery of enhancements, issue resolution, and SLA compliance.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to gather requirements, address process gaps, and align improvement initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert for logistics systems, supporting stakeholders in system-related concerns and initiatives.
- Maintain updated SOPs, process documentation, configuration records, and change logs.
- Ensure all system changes comply with audit requirements, information security standards, and internal controls.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, system integration, and modernization initiatives.
- Promote best practices in system usage, process standardization, and operational efficiency.

Educational Background- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in systems management, logistics systems, IT delivery, or operations process improvement.
