Warehouse and Logistics Officer (Malabon City)

Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and well-experienced Warehouse and Logistics Officer to support our operations and help drive efficiency, accuracy, and organization in our warehouse and logistics functions.

This position requires flexibility to work either day shift or night shift schedule as needed by operational demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, ordering, storing, and shipping of products
• Coordinate and monitor logistics processes and workflows to ensure timely deliveries and optimal inventory management
• Supervise and support warehouse staff; provide training and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Direct supervision of 1-5 warehouse staff members on a daily basis
• Oversee inventory control, stock accuracy, FIFO, and cycle counts
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., procurement, sales, customer service) to ensure smooth operations
• Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations
• Support the preparation of reports and analysis related to warehouse KPIs and logistics performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or any related field (or equivalent experience) in Warehouse and Logistics operations
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, with at least 2 years in officer or assistant management role
• Experience specifically within FMCG/Consumer goods industry is required
• Strong understanding of inventory control systems, warehouse management system, and logistics operations
• Excellent leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills, capable of motivating and leading a team, and results-oriented with a responsible mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent good decision-making, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft applications, with an ability to adapt to and utilize the latest technology
• Demonstrates good work ethics and a strong sense of morals
• Preference for residents of Malabon, Caloocan, Navotas, Valenzuela or nearby areas who are willing to be assigned in Malabon City.
