Job Description
Posted on 1 April 2026- Checking and Review of Accounts Payable and other requests of payment based on Purchase Order, receipts, and other supporting documents
- Review of Petty Cash Fund Replenishment, Reimbursements and Liquidation
- Ensures the accuracy and deadlines for all accounting reports such as: Bank Reconciliation, Cash Flow, Summary of Expenses, and Journal Entries
- Conducts field audit for PCF Cash count to other inter companies as per instruction Checking and Audit of OR/CRs issued by Supplier upon payment based on standard Tax policies.
- Monitoring of Recurring Expenses Maintaining and monitoring the safekeeping of all Accounting Records.
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Commerce, Financial Management or equivalent
- With at least three years of relevant working experience in the same position
- Experience in using Quickbooks (desktop and online), SAP, and other accounting software
- Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
- Analytic and can work with less supervision
