Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Officer to support daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and the ability to manage financial transactions efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and update financial records including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
- Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and expense reports
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and government regulations
- Process invoices, reimbursements, and other financial documents
- Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors when necessary
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field
- At least 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Knowledge of general accounting procedures and financial reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
