Is currently looking for:

AUDIT STAFF

Responsibilities:

• Conducts regular audit review on Company’s inventory, sales, operational, and cash management.
• Conducts physical inventory in all Company’s assets as prescribed in the audit plan.
• Identifies possible weak internal controls and recommend improvements and risk aversion measures
• Checks and verifies all purchase requisition, company funds for replenishment, company expenses, and liquidation report prior to process by Accounting
• Checks and verifies payroll documents of all employees during cut-off period for payroll processing.
• Monitors and inputs all purchase requisitions and inventory movements into the system.
• Discusses and submits audit reports to General Manager
• Prepares audit inquiry and notification memos on affected personnel or Auditee.
• Reports directly to General Manager any noted findings and irregularities observed during the audit visit.
• Ensures that all company assets are safeguarded.

1. Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or Management Accounting or any Business Related course.
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
3. Good oral and written communication skills
4. Analytical skills with strong attention to details
5. Good interpersonal, planning and organizing skills
6. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point.
7. Ability to use initiative
8. Can work with less supervision
9. Willing to travel
