Workforce Management Developer (WFM)
This role is responsible for enhancing and maintaining labor scheduling, forecasting, and time & attendance systems. The WFM Developer designs, develops, and tests solutions following Albertsons standards, documents workflows, participates in upgrades, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
Qualifications/Requirements
JOB QUALIFICATION:- Experience as a developer with focus on workforce management systems
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
- Willingness to be cross-trained on WFM applications maintained by the team
- Flexibility to work on shifting schedules as needed.
- Boomi Integration design and development
- API integrations, data mapping, and transformation logic
- Knowledge and experience in AI development
- Experience with Time & Attendance, Labor Scheduling, Forecasting, or Contracts systems
- System upgrade, testing, and deployment activities
- Documentation of workflows and technical specification
