Senior Software Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of software developers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Plan, prioritize, and oversee software development tasks, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including product owners, QA, and IT teams, to define project requirements.
• Ensure software design, coding, testing, and deployment follow best practices and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching and development opportunities.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending innovations to enhance products.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a software developer with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum, DevOps).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
