The Pricing Operations Analyst - A3 & Supplies provides pricing intelligence, total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis, and strategic pricing support for Lexmark’s A3 printer portfolio and Supplies business segment, with secondary support for A4 products as required.
The role supports product roadmap and lifecycle decision‑making by partnering closely with the Portfolio Managers and Product Operations Managers (POMs) and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver pricing insights, cost analyses, and business cases across all stages of the product lifecycle.This includes pre‑launch readiness, launch execution, and in‑market performance monitoring.
The analyst plays a critical role in enabling data‑driven decisions related to pricing strategy, value positioning, profitability, and portfolio optimization, particularly through TCO and overall cost and value considerations.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pricing Intelligence & Strategy Analytics- Provide pricing intelligence and competitive analysis for A3 printers and Supplies, with support for A4 products as needed.
- Monitor, collect, and analyze Xerox - Lexmark and competitive pricing data across channels and markets.
- Assess pricing strategies and value positioning of competitive offerings to support strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain TCO models for A3, Supplies, and related offerings across product lifecycle stages.
- Partner with Product Operations Managers (POMs) to support pricing, profitability, and value discussions using TCO insights.
- Provide cost analysis inputs to support business cases and product decisions
- Support pricing and TCO requirements for new product introductions, including pre‑launch readiness and launch execution activities.
- Ensure pricing and cost inputs align with product roadmap milestones and defined launch requirements.
- Identify risks, gaps, or dependencies related to pricing and cost readiness.
- Translate pricing, cost, and TCO data into clear, decision‑oriented insights for stakeholders.
- Produce analyses, reports, and supporting materials used in portfolio reviews and strategic discussions.
- Provide timely responses to ad‑hoc analysis requests from Product, Marketing, and Finance stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Product, Marketing, Finance, and other relevant teams.
- Ensure data consistency and alignment across pricing, market intelligence, and internal data sources.
- Drive standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement in pricing and TCO processes.
COMPETENCIES, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:
- Strong analytical capability with ability to synthesize pricing and cost data into actionable insights
- Solid understanding of pricing strategy, TCO concepts, and product lifecycle management
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and timelines
- Strong stakeholder communication skills, including the ability to explain complex analyses clearly
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast‑changing environment

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in pricing, business analysis, financial analysis, or market intelligence
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
- Experience with dashboarding or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) preferred
- Ability to conduct structured research and analyze large data sets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in business English
