Work Setup: Full-Time (Remote; with occasional onsite reporting)

Overview:

We are looking for a Junior ERP Accounting Consultant to assist in implementing Odoo ERP solutions for banking and finance operations. In this role, you will learn Odoo ERP end-to-end and gain hands-on experience understanding client business needs, translating them into ERP workflows, and supporting client implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in configuring Odoo accounting modules (COA, journals, taxes)
Support bank integrations, payment workflows, and reconciliation
Gather and translate client requirements into ERP solutions
Assist in data migration and financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet)
Provide user support and basic training to clients

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
Some experience or coursework with ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
Basic understanding of accounting and bank reconciliation.
Eagerness to learn and grow as an ERP consultant.
