Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front-of-house (FOH) & back-of-house (BOH) operations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.
Monitor food quality.
Staff Management:
Train, and supervise FOH and BOH staff.
Create staff schedules .
Appraise performance and provide feedback.
Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
Ensure a welcoming and positive guest experience.
Implement and optimize operational policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
Extensive knowledge of food & beverage (F&B).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
