About the role

Cebu Tele-Net Philippines Corporation is seeking a talented HR Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an HR Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening and onboarding top talent to support the growth of our business.

This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Screening and evaluating applicant resumes and cover letters to identify the best-fit candidates
  • Conducting interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidate skills and qualifications
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
  • Coordinating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of the recruitment process
  • Continuously analyzing and improving recruitment practices to enhance the candidate experience
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment. Preferably in the BPO setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related software
  • Familiarity with employment laws, regulations and best practices in the Philippines
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and work well under pressure
