Job description
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily operations within your assigned area, ensuring efficiency and smooth functioning of service stations.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop your team through training, coaching, and performance feedback to foster skill improvement and goal achievement.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty, handling complaints and resolving issues to maintain positive relations.
  • Volume and Sales:Monitor sales performance, utilizing insights to craft marketing strategies that enhance revenue and market presence.
  • Budget Management:Formulate and oversee budgets, aligning them with both organizational objectives and financial goals.
  • Compliance and Safety: Guarantee compliance with safety standards and regulatory mandates, including staff training in these areas.
  • Performance Reporting: Regularly report to the Operations Department on key indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and strategize accordingly.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in leadership and management.
  • Skilled in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Professional driver's license (Preferred)
