Job Title: E-Commerce Operations Manager

Work Arrangement: Remote (day shift with flexibility based on business needs)

Applicants should be comfortable with both remote collaboration and eventual in-person reporting. Reliable internet and a professional home workspace are required for the interim remote period.

1. Responsibilities

• Ensure stakeholders are aligned through consistent reporting and milestone updates.
• Build project plans, set timelines, assign tasks, and track progress using tools like Upgrade to see actual info, Asana, or ClickUp.
• Lead cross-functional projects tied to system upgrades, new product launches, and operational expansion.

• Streamline and manage daily e-commerce operations, including product listings, order fulfillment, returns, and customer service.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels across warehouses and manage replenishment with suppliers.
• Supervise cross-border logistics, shipping, and delivery pipelines.

• Improve workflows to reduce order errors, lead times, and operational bottlenecks.
• Use analytics and data to drive performance improvements.

• Manage internal teams and external service providers to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and clear accountability to remote staff.

• Work with the COO on international expansion, strategic growth, and tech initiatives.
• Support budget tracking, forecasting, and KPI measurement.

1. Requirements

• 3–5+ years in e-commerce, logistics, or online operations roles.
• Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms and order/inventory systems.
• Data-driven decision-maker, skilled in Excel, ERPs, and analytics tools.
• Strong leadership and remote team management capabilities.
• Understanding of PH government compliance is preferred.
• Bonus: Digital marketing knowledge (SEO, Paid Ads, Social Media).

• 25 Mbps internet minimum and backup connection.
• Laptop or PC with at least i5 processor and 8GB RAM.
• Quiet, distraction-free environment with strong time management and self-discipline.
