Job description:

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive based in the Philippines to support our regional marketing campaigns across Southeast Asia and Australia. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and comfortable executing digital campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms.

You’ll work closely with our Singapore-based marketing team to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement for our eco-tourism and property-related campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads or other platforms
  • Assist in setting up, tracking, and analyzing conversion funnels and UTM performance
Content & Creative Coordination
  • Work with designers and copywriters to produce ad creatives, EDMs, and social media content aligned with campaign goals
  • Create and manage blog articles to post to our website.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor key performance indicators (CPL, CTR, CPM, impressions, etc.) and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Use Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Events Manager to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
Marketing Automation Support
  • Assist in managing email automation workflows via Mailchimp or similar platforms
  • Coordinate lead capture and nurturing through Zapier integrations and CRM tagging
SEO & Website Optimization
  • Support keyword research, content uploads, and basic on-page SEO improvements
  • Collaborate with the web team to ensure landing pages are optimized for conversions
Cross-Regional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with cross functioning teams across to align campaign messaging and timelines

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house)
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools (GA4, GTM)
  • Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • A self-starter who can manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Experience in Zapier or other marketing automation tools
  • Knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console)
  • Experience in Canva, Figma, or basic design editing
  • Familiarity with eco-tourism, hospitality, or property marketing is a plus
