About The Roles
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist - Campaign Manager (Marketing Support Officer) to support one of our clients. This role involves managing LinkedIn campaigns, Google Business Profiles, and B2B marketing initiatives while delivering actionable insights to the client’s Executive team.
Ideal Candidate (Must Have Requirements)- At least 2 years’ experience in B2B marketing or advertising
- Proven experience using:
- LinkedIn (company pages, campaigns, analytics)
- Google Business Profile
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong background in data analytics, reporting, and trend interpretation
- Proficient with G-Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Able to work autonomously, collaboratively, and under instruction
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with platform trends and responsive to emerging tools
- Amenable to working onsite (IT Park Cebu)
- Experience working with in-house or external Graphic Designers
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., monday.com)
- Exposure to B2B competitor and prospect analysis
- Experience preparing industry-standard or best-practice marketing recommendations
- Manage and continuously review LinkedIn Campaigns, Company Pages, and Google Business Profile for the client
- Monitor LinkedIn activity and provide insights using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Conduct audits, SWOT analyses, competitor/market reviews, and trend analyses
- Prepare, interpret, and deliver reports on campaign performance, data, and opportunities
- Provide analytics and recommendations to the client’s Executive team
- Assist with content tasks, including copywriting for the client’s website and proposals
- Track marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices
- Build and maintain internal reports for stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, consultants, and external vendors
- Support industry-standard and best-practice reviews across B2B marketing
- May assist with tasks involving graphic design coordination
- Maintain accuracy, documentation, and follow-through on all marketing activities
