About the role
We're looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team at Credence Consumer Goods Trading'. In this full-time position, you'll be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies across our key platforms to drive brand awareness, audience growth, and customer engagement.The role is based in our San Nicolas Manila City Metro Manila office.
What you'll be doing- Manage the end-to-end social media content calendar, including planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing high-performing organic content
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social channels in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
- Analyse social media performance and provide insightful reporting to inform strategy and optimisation
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team to align social content with broader campaign objectives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates
- Identify opportunities to leverage influencers, user-generated content, and other innovative social tactics
- Support the community management and customer service functions as needed
- 3+ years of experience managing social media channels for a consumer brand or agency
- Proven track record of growing social audiences and driving engagement
- Excellent copywriting and visual content creation skills
- In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms and their unique features
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in social media analytics tools
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
- Passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices
