- Daily Reporting and Updates
- Provide daily updates to the Administrative Lead or Office Manager regarding completed tasks, ongoing work, and any issues requiring attention or escalation.
- Administrative Task Management
- Perform day-to-day administrative duties, including answering phone calls, managing the office calendar, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents.
- Project Management Support
- Assist in managing projects by tracking deadlines, monitoring progress, and facilitating effective communication among team members.
- Client Liaison
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Inventory and Office Supply Management
- Maintain an accurate inventory of office supplies, ensuring stock levels are sufficient and replenished when necessary.
- Compliance Documentation Assistance
- Assist in the preparation and organization of documents and provide support to the office liaison in handling compliance matters (e.g., renewals, new business permits, and related filings).
- Meeting Coordination
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with the office liaison and other lawyers, ensuring proper scheduling and effective management of ongoing projects.
- Financial Administration
- Maintain a petty cash liquidation tracker and monitor client-related expenses, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Monthly Billing
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of monthly client billing and related documentation.
- Notarial Reporting
- Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly notarial reports and related records.
