- Manage store operations, including inventory, maintenance, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with company standards.
- Manage staff and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain store supplies and equipment.
- Drive sales performance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1 year of retail experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of POS systems and inventory management software a plus.
