- Make outbound calls to potential job candidates
- Screen applicants for fit based on clear criteria
- Schedule interviews and manage follow-ups
- Update candidate data and call outcomes in our system
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven cold calling experience (recruitment or sales)
- Strong English speaking skills
- Confident, professional phone presence
- Reliable internet (100 Mbps+), laptop/PC, and quiet work setup
- Organized and self-driven, comfortable with remote tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Trello, Slack)
