Job Summary
The Administrative Officer provides support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves managing office supplies, coordinating administrative procedures, and supporting management and staff through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Key Responsibilities- Office Management
- Organize and supervise office activities to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, documents).
- Records and Documentation
- Maintain and update company records and databases.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
- Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of important documents.
- Administrative Support
- Assist in the onboarding process of new employees.
- Support scheduling of meetings and appointments.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff when necessary.
- Compliance and Coordination
- Ensure administrative processes comply with government and company policies.
- Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and government agencies (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, BIR).
- Assist in organizing company events or activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an administrative officer, office admin assistant, or relevant role.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and government regulatory requirements in the Philippines.
- Attention to detail.
- Integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude.
