Role Overview:Join our Retail Account as a Customer Service Representative! You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to retail clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Resolve product and service concerns.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Document interactions accurately in the system.
Qualifications:
- HS / SHS / College Undergraduate – with 6 months BPO experience.
- College Graduate – with or without BPO experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite with shifting schedules.
- Amenable to Work On Site Arrangement (WOSA)
