Role Summary
The Customer Service Representative – Retail Account will assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, purchases, returns, exchanges, and general retail support. You will ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience by providing accurate information and resolving concerns efficiently.
This onsite Retail Account Customer Service Representative position in Cebu City offers up to ₱26,000 monthly salary and is ideal for applicants with at least 6 months of BPO experience who want to build their customer service career in the retail industry.
What You Will Do- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email related to retail products and services
- Assist with order placement, tracking, returns, and exchanges
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer shopping experience
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
- High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
- Must have at least 6 months of BPO or call center experience
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
- Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
- Onsite work setup
- Shifting schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Paid training provided from Day 1
