POSITION SUMMARY:

This position provides essential administrative and operational assistance to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization. This involves a wide range of duties including clerical tasks, record-keeping, office maintenance, and assisting various departments with routine support activities.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Support Specialist;
  • Monitor contract expirations and renewals;
  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding any contract concerns;
  • Monitor status of Purchase Requisitions of Realty Operations Department;
  • Process project accomplishment reports and other service provider billing with Purchasing Department and Accounting;
  • Assist Prospective Tenants with inquiries and concerns; and
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent
  • Newly graduates with good academic records are encouraged to apply
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Organized in Filing of Documents
  • Amenable to work at BGC, Taguig
