We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Admin. This role is responsible for providing administrative and human resources support, including recruitment coordination, employee records management, and vendor coordination.

The position is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR & Administrative Support
  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating with applicants, scheduling interviews, and providing status updates.
  • Maintain and update employee and applicant records accurately.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and administrative paperwork.
  • Support onboarding and other HR administrative activities.
  • Assist in vendor coordination and engagement activities.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and provide operational support as needed.
Technical / Functional Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
