Job Overview

We are looking for a HR Admin Staff to support daily HR and administrative operations in our supermarket. The role covers recruitment, employee support, timekeeping, training, and basic office administration to help ensure smooth and organized workforce operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
  • Support employee relations, including handling concerns and basic HR cases
  • Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and related reports
  • Help conduct orientations and coordinate training activities
  • Assist employees with government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
  • Maintain and organize HR files, records, and admin documents
  • Support general office and store administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related course
  • HR experience is an advantage but not required
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Willing to work during weekends and holidays
