Job Description
We are looking for an AI-Powered Quality Assurance Lead to drive the transformation of software quality through AI-enabled testing, automation, and modern engineering practices. You will lead the QA function, implement intelligent testing strategies, and champion quality across the software development lifecycle while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered quality assurance strategies and test automation frameworks.
- Build and enhance automated testing using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, and AI-powered testing platforms.
- Implement intelligent testing practices, including self-healing tests, automated test generation, and risk-based test prioritization.
- Develop quality metrics, dashboards, and predictive analytics to improve software quality and delivery.
- Drive Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and continuous testing practices across development teams.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to embed quality throughout the SDLC.
- Mentor QA engineers and promote best practices in automation, AI-assisted testing, and quality engineering.
- Lead initiatives that improve delivery speed while maintaining high quality and reliability.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI-powered testing tools and intelligent test automation.
- Strong experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
- Experience with AI testing platforms such as Testim, Mabl, Applitools, or similar solutions.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-based testing environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile software development and modern QA practices.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading QA transformation or digital modernization initiatives.
- AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud AI certifications.
- ISTQB Advanced or SAFe certification.
- Experience in AI, machine learning, or data-driven quality engineering.
- Open-source contributions or experience in fast-paced startup environments.
