The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth by selling our cutting-edge visual technology solutions. The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and capable of closing deals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to follow up on leads generated through online campaigns.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring all steps are documented.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and identify new market opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, including forecasts, account status updates, minutes of meetings, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor sales targets and KPIs, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Work closely with Sales Account Engineers (SAEs) and Sales Coordinators (SCAs) to ensure smooth project implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure the successful delivery and installation of products.
  • Identify and participate in relevant government procurement opportunities.
  • Attend pre-bidding meetings, prepare bid documents, and ensure compliance with government procurement processes.
  • Work closely with the accounting department to ensure invoices are generated accurately and sent to clients on time.
  • Follow up with clients on outstanding payments, coordinating with the accounting team to address any issues or delays.
  • Ensure that collections are aligned with the agreed-upon payment terms and assist in resolving any disputes that may arise.
  • Act as the company's representative at trade shows, exhibitions, seminars, and other industry events.
  • General sales administrative works
  • Other tasks as assigned by the Management
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, or relevant fields
  • Computer Literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and oral
  • Strong Presentation and Technical Skills
  • Ability to negotiate and understand marketing skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Good command in English, Tagalog, and Cebuano
  • Pleasing personality
  • Customer service oriented
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
  • Willing to travel
