- 2+ years of experience in travel and expense administration, corporate credit card programs, accounts payable, or finance operations
- Hands-on experience with T&E platforms such as Navan, Concur, or Expensify
- Strong understanding of expense and corporate card policies and internal controls
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage large transaction volumes
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet defined SLAs and deadlines
- Experience supporting a global or multi-entity organization
- Prior involvement in month-end close related to travel, expense, or corporate card activity
- Strong Excel skills for reporting and reconciliation
- Experience supporting audits or compliance reviews
- Detail-oriented and process-focused
- Strong judgment with consistent policy enforcement
- Proactive problem solver
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Service-oriented mindset with a strong customer focus
Responsibilities
Travel, Expense & Corporate Card Operations- Administer and support the company's global travel, expense, and corporate credit card programs
- Review employee expense reports and corporate card transactions for accuracy, completeness, and policy compliance
- Monitor corporate card activity including missing receipts, personal charges, exceptions, and policy violations
- Resolve expense and card-related exceptions through direct communication with employees and managers
- Support expense reimbursement cycles and corporate card accounting workflows
- Assist with month-end close activities related to travel, expense, and corporate card transactions
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions regarding travel bookings, expense submissions, reimbursements, and corporate credit card usage
- Provide guidance on expense and card policies including documentation requirements and business purpose standards
- Liaise with the company's T&E and card program providers to resolve user, account, and system issues
- Enforce travel, expense, and corporate card policies consistently while exercising sound judgment
- Track and follow up on policy violations, aged expense reports, and overdue corporate card documentation
- Maintain accurate records to support audits, internal controls, and compliance reviews
- Assist with policy updates, employee communications, and training related to expense and card usage
