1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role
2. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau or similar)
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights
5. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
7. Experience in revenue or business performance analysis (Nice to have)
8. Exposure to automation or process improvement initiatives (Nice to have)
9. Background in media, advertising, or fast-paced operational environments (Nice to have)

Responsibilities

Revenue Analysis:

1. Provide analytical support to leadership by identifying trends, issues, and opportunities through data-driven insights

Business Reporting & Analytics:

1. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools using Excel, SQL, and Tableau to evaluate business performance and support strategic initiatives

Process Improvement:

1. Identify, design, and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance workflow efficiency

Cross-functional Support:

1. Collaborate with various teams to provide accurate and timely data analysis and insights

Ad Hoc Analysis:

1. Support special projects and ad hoc reporting requests as needed
