Marketing Communication Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Execution: Assist the Marketing Manager in generating and executing marketing concepts, creative ideas, event strategies, and communication plans.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and monitor industry trends.
• Reporting: Regularly prepare competitive analysis and Insight-ing sessions with Sales.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders, external partner agencies, and suppliers for marketing-related deliverables.Financial Planning: Prepare budgets for marketing requirements.
• Database & Scheduling Management: Handle the supplier database (printers, events, advertising spaces, etc.) and the Marketing calendar.
• Incentives & Events: Assist the Marketing Manager in designing incentive schemes for Sales and Clients.
• Event Support: Assist the Marketing Officer/Manager in planning and executing events and activations.
• Sales Enablement: Equip and support sales teams with their needed marketing materials.
• Creative Briefing: Prepare Communication briefs to the Creatives team as needed.
• Collateral Maintenance: Prepare presentation decks and update Sales Kits as needed.

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or any equivalent field.
• Preferably with 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in Marketing Communications, Strategic Planning, Supplier Coordination, Administrative Financing, and Market Research.
• Must have strong organizational and data analytics skills with a keen eye on details.
• Must have good verbal and written communication abilities.Attitude: Driven with a strong will to learn, strategic, and a collaborative team-player.
• Willing to travel from time to time, especially within the Cavite area.
