Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. As the face of our store, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers warmly and assist with purchases
- Operate cash registers and handle cash, credit, and digital payments
- Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges as needed
- Maintain accurate transaction records and balance cash drawer
- Keep checkout area tidy and stocked with necessary supplies
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred but not required
- Basic math and computer skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
