Admin Specialist will be in-charge in all administrative functions on Warehouse Site:

  • Sourcing suppliers, contractors for warehouse needs and In-charge of Bidding process
  • In-charge of Purchasing / Procurement
  • Coordination of shuttle services scheduled and trips
  • Processing of payments and Supplies inventory
  • In-charge of Facilities and Maintenance Management (Sourcing for Cleaners, cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance and etc.)
  • Maintains orderliness of various files stored in the Stockroom
  • Provide support on company events/Programs

QALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any course
  • With work experience in doing admin functions and procurement
  • Willing to work in Sucat Muntinlupa
  • Can start ASAP
  • Background in Purchasing and Document management
  • Good communication skills
