Role Overview:
- You keep every mortgage moving forward.
- Behind every approved loan is a file that’s complete, accurate, and right on time — and that doesn’t happen by accident.
- As a Mortgage Administrative Assistant / Loan Admin, you’re the engine behind the process. You turn scattered documents into structured files, keep stakeholders aligned, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and follow up on borrower documents.
- Set up and maintain mortgage files in CRM / LOS systems.
- Input and verify borrower information accurately.
- Coordinate with lenders, appraisers, and third parties.
- Provide status updates to brokers, clients, and partners.
- Ensure files are complete and ready for submission.
- Track multiple files and manage deadlines.
- Maintain organized and accurate documentation.
Job Requirements:
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
- 1–3+ years experience in mortgage administration, loan processing, or similar.
- Experience supporting mortgage brokers or lending teams.
- Hands-on experience with document collection and file setup.
- Familiarity with mortgage documents (T4s, NOAs, IDs, bank statements).
- Experience using CRM or LOS platforms (Filogix or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple files and priorities.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):
- Experience in AU or US mortgage environments.
- Exposure to Canadian mortgage processes.
- Experience working in remote or offshore teams.
- Familiarity with lender submission requirements and workflows.

Work Details:
- Work Setup: Remote (Work from Home).
- Schedule: Monday to Friday ; Night-shift.
