Brief Job Description:
- Perform day to day routine and preventative maintenance within the hotel rooms and public areas.
- Immediate response to equipment breakdowns
- Provide in-depth analysis and preparation of well-sound Engineering/Technical Reports
Required Skills:
- Preferably with at least 1-2 years work experience in the same capacity in hotel operations or any field of Engineering operation and maintenance practice, implementing medium to large hotel.
- Understand and operate electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and water systems.
- Systematic, self-starter, guest oriented and with keen eye for details and active listening skills.
- Knowledgeable in MS office, OPERA System and other relevant software/applications
- Good time management skills
Educational background:
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
- Licensed Professional
