The Cadet Engineer Development Program (CEDP) is a program aimed at developing driven, motivated and young engineers in the cement industry. This is a pioneer development program that is now putting together its 15th Batch and has produced managers in the various areas of our operations.

We are in need of Cadet Engineers who are willing to work in our different plants located in our plants in Bulacan, Teresa, Rizal, Batangas, Cebu and Iligan, Mindanao.

Mechanical Engineer

Electrical Engineer

Chemist*

Qualifications: Open to fresh graduates or engineers with a maximum of 2 years of work experience

Must be a licensed engineer
Active in extra-curricular activities & has held a leadership position at their University
Must be in the top 20% of their graduating class

Open to work and thrive in a plant environment
